Not able to commit to weekly hikes in person but still want to experience what FYT is all about? No problem! Now I am offering the Off The Trail program where we meet online once a week for 6 weeks to learn and experience all the amazing transformations from the Follow Your Trail program. The beauty of this type of program is that you get to participate from the comfort of your home! There will still be opportunity, encouragement and support around integrating movement into your life but it will be on your own time so no worries about getting somewhere on time.
